Can we provide our own alcohol?

Before your event we will consult with you on the offering to ensure you’re happy - we come with a great selection of high end spirits and locally brewed beers to create the perfect menu, but if there’s something in particular you NEED then let’s just chat!

What do you serve drinks in?

As standard included in the price we use Decent Packaging disposable cups, which are compostable and plant based - this is for hot and cold drinks. However we do offer glassware at an additional cost should you want. 

Can you provide tea and coffee?

Sure can! In fact coffee is our thing! We use Blossom coffee - check out all their good STUFF here for more information. We use free range milk from Stephenson’s dairy in Lancashire and for sure Yorkshire tea as a brew :)

Do you have non-dairy milk alternatives?

We use Oatly barista milk as a dairy alternative - if you have any other allergen requests let us know :)

Do you serve soft drinks?

Yep! We provide the Karma range of carbonated drinks, let us know what you like. We can also provide fruit juices/squash for the little ones if you wish. Again we can discuss your requirements.

Do you have insurance?

Yes we have full £10million public liability insurance in place. Certificate available upon request.

What time do you serve until?

This is dependent on Premises license or TEN

〰️ LOGISTICS FAQ 〰️

Do we need to or can we provide staff?

Don’t worry we’ve got that covered :) We provide trained & super friendly staff to make your event great :) .

When do you need access to the venue?

Ideally we would need to access the venue 3/4 hours prior to the start of your event to ensure everything is running smoothly.

How far can you travel?

We are based in Manchester, UK and will drive a 20 mile radius. After that there is a charge of £ per mile to cover fuel and staff.


Does the horse box need to be outside?

Not necessarily. This is dependent on the venue and whether we will fit inside! 

Well what are the dimensions of the horsebox?

W 5.5m, H 2.6m, D 2m (5m with storage gazebo).

What facilities does the box need to operate?

To operate at it’s optimum level for all, a 32amp single phase hookup would be required - we can provide an adaptor and extension cable of…m meaning the power source needs to be that distance to the box.

〰️ PAYMENT FAQS 〰️

Do you accept card payments?

Yes we use a Square terminal which allows us to take contactless, chip & pin and swipe card payments. All cards are accepted including AMEX.

What is the minimum spend?

There is no minimum spend once you’ve covered your package option.

What does the booking fee cover?

The package you choose you determine how much the booking fee will be and what service we will provide. In most cases whereby the package booked will reach its limit there is the option of turning into an open bar. Staff fees and petrol costs will be factored into the booking fee depending on the scale of the event and the distance travelled.
